Chimichanga Chicken or Beef

A large flour tortilla wrapped around and filling of your choice of chicken or beef fajitas, with cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, deep fried to golden brown, then topped with white cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Served with lettuce, tomatoes, rice and beans.
